Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items to add them to the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most credit cards for payment. Alternatively you may pay by cheque (UK £ - Sterling only). Orders will be despatched on receipt of payment. Please send cheques, with the Order No. on the reverse, to

Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges are calculated during Checkout.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery; Parcel Force (max.£100 compensation); courier; or by Special Delivery.

International orders are shipped via Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship all orders within 28 working days receipt of paid order.

At our discretion we may choose to ship the order in multiple packages. Also at our discretion we may choose to ship via a different delivery method. In either case the expected delivery timescales be at least as good as you have chosen and it will be at no additional cost.

For all pre-order items your Credit Card will be debited at the time the order is placed

If shipment is delayed the order will remain on our systems for 28 days; at this time you will be contacted to see if you wish to continue with the order.

You can, at any time before shipment, cancel any order.

Note: If you place an order that is time sensitive [ie for a birthday present], please feel free to send us an admin@starchaser.co.uk quoting the order number and we will be happy to confirm delivery or let you know if there is likely to be a delay.
Back Orders
For the time-being, if you order multiple items with different availability dates,
we ship your order ONLY after we have everything in-stock.

This minimizes cost to you and simplifies things for us.

Once we get going, we plan to offer the option of partial shipments, though that will increase total shipping costs.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
We understand your concerns about using credit cards online, and that's why we use secure encryption whenever personal information is sent.

The best thing you can do to stay secure is look for the little lock icon on your screen whenever ordering from anyone, and never send personal information via email or other non-encrypted means.

We'll never ask you for account information via email, so don't send it - if anybody does ask - it's not us.

Returns Policy
We will REFUND your purchase price (not including shipping) for any product that is unopened and in its original packaging and shrink wrap.

We will EXCHANGE any product that arrives incomplete, broken, or defective. By "defective," we mean that it doesn't work as described.

To receive a refund or to exchange a product you've ordered from Starchaser Industries Limited, please contact us first for return authorization. Please ensure you quote original order number in all correspondence.

All returns must be done by Recorded or Special Delivery.

Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with instructions on how and where to return your order, or with an explanation of why your return cannot be authorized.

When your returned product arrives, it will be inspected and a return will be issued to your credit card account within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details when the refund is processed.
